Congratulations to everyone who has received their A-level and level 3 results today.

In particular, we would like to draw attention to success across the THPT family:

• Result were even better than last year’s at Howard of Effingham School.  Some 86% of the grades were A*-C
• At Oxted School, almost 90% of students are going to their chosen university
• At Three Rivers Academy, students secured a 50% increase in the proportion of A*-B grades compared to 2024

Today marks a moment to celebrate.  It also represents the first step in a new adventure for young people.  Many THPT students will head to university to study subjects as diverse as genetics to ancient history and business management to film and production.
